Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates. 

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. If package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, shipping refund will not be issued. 

Lavender Lime is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Although Lavender Lime is not responsible for damaged products due to shipping, your satisfaction is of highest priority.  If your order arrives broken please send a photo and order number to mylavenderlime@gmail.com. 

If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States), the customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees including VAT taxes. If you decline to accept your package, there will be no shipping refund given.
